Solutions to ZOSI Smart APP Playback Recording File Missing Issue
Hello, y'all!
Recently, we have received some complaints about adding an IPC camera on Zosi Smart APP but can't check the playback record of a certain date.
If you encounter this situation, we suggest you check the video files of other dates in the playback function first, if it is normal, it means the video files themselves are not lost, the data is still saved in the SD memory card, just the APP can't read some data of the date you choose at the beginning.
We have recorded this problem and feedback to the technical department, confirmed that this situation currently only happens on IPC cameras, DVR/PoE NVR devices are normal.
Please be assured that all future Zosi IPC cameras will fix this issue, while our technical department is also working on a firmware update for the current cameras.
Before the update file is released, if you need to view this part of the video file, you can remove the SD memory card and then read and backup it on other devices.
