Solutions to Fail to Load the Videos When Previewing PoE Systems Remotely
Hello, y'all!
POE systems do not display images properly for various reasons have been one of the largest numbers of feedback we have received. In fact, there are many reasons for this to happen, and it's very common, so today we'll learn together how to check if your Zosi POE system is clearly connected to the network, but can't be previewed remotely in the mobile app/AVSS_Client PC programe!
Generally speaking, this issue happens most often when your POE system and the device used for remote viewing are connected to different networks. For example, your POE system is connected to your home WiFi, while you are using your phone's 4G/5G network.
For this, first we recommend you check if you will meet the same problem in LAN when your phone/PC is connected to the same network as the POE system.
Please use this website to test if the system works properly on the monitor, if the network is OK, and if the AVSS_Client programe for the computer can load the pictures or videos normally:

If you could preview the camera via AVSS_Client smoothly, please check whether you will get the freezing problem when viewing the streaming under both the Fluent and Clear modes, the specific steps are as follows:
1) Please connect your phone to another network to confirm whether it’s the current network's issue;
2) Please reboot your router, the app, and your POE system, then preview the camera in Fluent mode;
3) Please connect the camera to another network to confirm whether the problem is caused by the camera’s current network;
4) Please test your account via another phone, to see if the issue is caused by your device.

The upload bandwidth speed of your network will also affect the smoothness of remote viewing, non-4K systems require an internet speed greater than 4M/S, while 4K devices require 6M/S or more.
If after testing, your internet speed does not meet this requirement, then we suggest that you consider replacing your network.
