Q: Why does my camera screen horizontal stripes phenomenon?

A: 
1. Please check whether there are strong electromagnetic radiation sources near your camera, such as high-voltage cables, high-power motors, etc.; we recommend that you ground the camera for effective protection, use better shielding performance of the transmission cable, as far as possible to avoid interference sources installed;

2. Please check whether the ground level of your camera near the ground and the back-end DVR ground is not consistent; if YES, please insulate the front-end camera from the ground;

3. Please check whether the input voltage is lower than the working voltage required by the camera, which may lead to the camera cannot enter the normal working state; please choose the original power adapter power supply as far as possible, please refer to the product parameters table for the specific power supply parameters of the camera.

Q: My camera night vision effect is bad, how to do?

A:
1. Please check whether there are handprints, water stains, cobwebs and other objects lead to the camera's transparent cover dirty, if so, please replace the clean transparent cover, or use the wipe mirror paper or soft towel to wipe the test;

2. Please check whether the sponge ring of your camera is loose or taken off, thus causing the camera to leak light (as follows);

3. Is the environment in which your camera is used filled with dust? Infrared light will reflect the dust near, and thus affect the infrared effect, as follows.

A:
This problem is caused by external factors and cannot be avoided by adjusting the camera settings.

If a small part of your camera's frame is blocked by reflected IR light, please check whether there are reflective objects in the surrounding area;
