Solutions to Compatibility Issue Between ZOSI POE NVR & Camera
Hello, y'all!
Have you encountered such problems as the following: when adding a newly purchased camera to an existing POE NVR set, or after applying for a new camera replacement due to a malfunction, only to find that the POE NVR cannot search for the camera.
After receiving the relevant feedback, our technical department conducted a check and confirmed that this problem is caused by the incompatibility of NVR and camera versions.
The POE NVR models that have been confirmed to have incompatible camera issues are: 8EN-2612W4-10-US, 8EN-2615W4-10-US.
If this issue happens to your NVR, please confirm its version, NVR version 1.6.3 or above is backward compatible with all versions of IPC (the latest NVR version is 1.7.1);
NVRs below version 1.6.2 do not support IPCs above 1.4.0 or 1.6.0 and need to perform upgrade operations.
