Guidance on Set 4K 8MP Resolution

Today's topic of discussion is a common problem: Why is the picture/video quality so blurry when I watch the system I purchased, which is obviously 4K, as if it is only 720p level at most?
Don't worry, in fact, in order to adapt the system to most monitors/TVs so that users can successfully complete the boot-up setup, the resolution of your system will be adjusted to the lowest level during factory setup, otherwise there may be a completely black screen with no picture situation, which is also one of the problems we often receive feedback.
Therefore, if you encounter the problem of 4K system picture quality is not clear enough, please first check the following aspects:
1) The recorder of your system is 4K resolution, but the cameras maybe not, they could be 5mp/8mp or 4k, you would need to add some 4K resolution cameras to get the 4K-clarity display;
2) Please make sure that your TV/monitor supports 4K or better than 4K resolution, and connect the system to your TV monitor directly;
(3) Please enter the Main Menu - Set up - Basic of your system to change the "Video Output" to "3840 * 2160" manually.
Notes*: The default setting of the NVR is 1024 x 768;
If the monitor resolution is lower than 4K, then the system will not show the 4K resolution.
