If your camera's picture is too bright, such as the presence of a visible halo in the center of the screen, we first recommend that you move the camera's mounting position, especially not directly against a glass window.

Similarly, please do not point your surveillance camera directly at a light source, such as the sun or a spotlight.

In addition, you can also try the following two methods to see if you can improve the problem of overly bright picture:

1) If your security camera has an adjustable sunshade, slide it forward to block excess light.

2) Adjust the brightness and contrast settings of the security camera.
