Solutions to No Audio in DVR/PoE NVR Record Video
Hello, y'all!
Recently, we have received several feedbacks about playback video without sound, so let's learn how to set this up together today!

If you are using Zosi PoE NVR Surveillance System:
Please kindly note that Zosi PoE NVR only has audio output when it connects monitor via HDMI port, the resolution of the monitor/TV should be 1920*1080 or 1080*720, or the NVR will not have a sound output if the monitor/TV has other resolution used.
You can check whether you have enabled the audio through refering to the steps below:
Go to Main Menu→Audio, make sure the audio output of the PoE NVR is enabled like the picture below:
* Please check the Audio box in the picture.
If the audio icon appears on the live view screen after operating as above, that means you've enabled audio successfully:
*Note: Audio is selected by default, which means if the mouse double-clicks a channel screen, the audio channel will automatically switch to another channel.

If you are using Zosi DVR Security Camera System:
Zosi DVR has one audio input port and one audio output port, you need to purchase a security microphone, and use audio cable to connect it in a location where you want to capture audio, then connect a loudspeaker to the audio output port.
