When you get "Network Error (99) Unknown Network Error" on your Windows AVSS client, please uninstall your AVSS from your PC and then install the following AVSS to try.
Please click the link below to install "AVSS_1.7.2.X.exe" to try:

If you still get the same error with "AVSS_1.7.2.X.exe", please uninstall it from your PC, then install "AVSS_1.7.2.Y.exe" to try: https://ansjerfilemanager.s3.amazonaws.com/AVSS_1.7.2.Y.exe
