This Search Tool applies for the following models of IP Cameras:

ZG28110M;  ZG28113M; 

ZG2321M;  ZG23213M;  ZG2332M

You can follow up the below steps to to reset the cameras.

1. Please try to download the IPC software to your computer from the attachment.

2. After that, please connect the cameras with power supply and network cable

    (Please connect the camera to your Router / computer via network cable).

    Please note: the IP camera and your computer should connect the same internet.
