This camera uses the CloudEdge APP, and you can download the latest APP from Google Play and the App Store.

Important Notice:

When adding devices to our mobile app, please ensure that your router's WIFI password adheres to the following guidelines:

1) Use only letters (A-Z / a-z)，numbers (0-9) and characters ~!@#$%^&*()_+ in your WiFi password. Avoid using other special characters.

2) Please remove any spaces from your WIFI password. Spaces can lead to configuration failures, preventing your app from successfully adding devices.
