Applied to all IPC CAMERAS,
Cause 1: Check router/Network problems:
1. Confirm how much WiFi frequency band is added ( 2.4G network for outdoor IPC cameras, 2.4G/5G network for indoor, depending on whether the product model number if it supports 5G network or not)
2. Try to restart the router,your home network and try to add the ipc camera agian;
3. Check whether the router's network can be accessed online;
4. Confirm whether the WiFi password of the router is entered correctly when the APP is configured;
What if the above troubleshooting method is still cant add the new camera, please try the following methods:
Solution:
1. If the router's WiFi is still not working, you can try to use another mobile phone to open its hot spot for distribution network (use a mobile phone with Internet access to open the hot spot, and another mobile phone to connect the hot spot WiFi, according to the normal distribution steps for distribution network), if the mobile phone hot spot can be connected normally, the router's WiFi cannot be connected.
You can upgrade the version of the camera on the APP OTA when the mobile phone hot spot is connected to the picture, and then switch back to the WiFi of the router
(Please note that after the upgrade is successful, enter the Settings in the upper right corner of the real-time monitoring screen, check "network Settings", change the home wifi, and be careful not to enter the wrong wifi password).
2. if still can not connect, please contact zosi customer service to deal with this problem with your details uid,network picture or a video for check it;
