Problem description: There is water or condensation in the camera lens, the live view image is blurry.
Condensation is because of 2 factors, humidity and temperature difference between the air and the camera. Condensation occurs on the warm side of the glass. For example in summer there may be condensation in the morning on the outside of the camera lens.
Another example would be after a cool night, the air starts to get warmer and the camera lens will appear foggy. This effect can be more evident in the wintertime.
Cause 1: The installation and environment.
Solution: If your area is raining all year round and the camera is installed totally exposed to the air without any cover, even the camera is waterproof, it will be not suitable for the camera to be used in such an environment.
Cause 2: Hardware defect.
Solution: Bring the camera back inside (remove from original installation point). Please wipe the camera lens with a dry cloth. If the water is still in the camera lens, please contact support, provide a photo of the camera lens, a screenshot of the LiveView page, and the purchase invoice.
