There are several possible causes for failing to power the DVR camera. You may follow the troubleshooting tips listed below to solve the problem.

Cause 1. Defective power supply

Solution: Please use the original adapter and change another outlet to see if it works.

Cause 2. Defective Power Splitter,Bnc cable

Cause 3. Defective DVR's channel,please try another channel to check it.

Cause 4. Defective camera hardware

 Please cover the day/night sensor or place the camera in a dark environment to see whether the Infrared lights will turn on or whether you can hear a click sound.

If the status LED and IR light still doesn't turn on, you may contact our support team  by submitting a request for further assistance.
