To add the cameras to Amazon Alexa, please refer to the instructions below:
If the camera failed to be added to Amazon or the Amazon Alexa device cannot find the camera, below are the causes and solutions you may refer to:
Cause 1.The camera is out of power.
Solution:Make sure it is powered.Check the IR lights if they are working.
Cause 2.Zosi Account.
Solution:
1. Check the Zosi account and make sure the camera is bound to this account.
2. Make sure the Zosi account is logged in successfully on Amazon Alexa App to authorize Zosi Smart Home skill.
Cause 3. The Internet Connection of Amazon Alexa or Camera
Solution:
Restart Amazon Alexa device and the camera, and make sure they have connected to the internet.
Cause 4. Correct way to wake up your Alexa's command.
Solution:
Use the right way to call Alexa;Besides,Is there any error or special symbol of the camera's name you called?
