Problem Description: The image freezes when viewed in real time through the monitor.
Please refer to the following instructions for troubleshooting:
1. If the POE camera is connected to the POE NVR via LAN (not directly), please connect the camera directly to the POE NVR and test.
2. Please check if only one specific camera or all cameras have this problem.
- If all cameras have this problem, please reboot the NVR and make sure the firmware of the camera and POE NVR are upgraded to the latest version.
- If only one camera has this problem, please connect the camera to another POE port using a different network cable and make sure the firmware of the camera and NVR is upgraded to the latest version.
- Contact the Zosi Support Team and provide the test results.
