Applied to the poe camera;

Method 1:Poe  Recorder with a Reset Button

 1. Check Camera Status: In the IPC channel configuration, identify cameras with IP addresses not in the 138 segment (e.g., 192.168.4.101) that show as "Unconnected." And please  turn off the "auto add"button.

2. Disconnect NVR from the Internet: Remove the NVR's network cable to ensure it is offline.

3. Go to  NVR Network Settings:
Right-click on the main menu, then left click on the mouse, and select ipc channel Configuration > Network .

Turn off the obtain an  IP address automatically.

Then change the IP address of the NVR to be consistent with the network segment of the camera that does not show images.

For example, the IP address of the current camera is 192.168.4.101. Therefore, the IP address can be changed to 192.168.4.XXX(XXX can be any number from 1 to 254 except 101). The gateway is changed to the first IP address of the corresponding network segment, such as 192.168.4.1. As shown in the figure. After setting it up, click "Apply".

4. Go back to IPC channel configuration and check the 'auto add' button which it is the turn off status. Click search.

At this point, the camera at 192.168.4.101 will be searched for. Select this camera and click Reset.

5. --Reset the camera and wait for the sound "cable connection success."
--Search it in the IPC channel configuration.
--If a new IP address in the **138 network segment** is detected, add the camera.
--Once the camera is successfully added and displayed, reconnect the poe's network cable.

6. Go to main menu > Set up > Network . Open the option to automatically obtain IP and click Apply.

Method 2: Ipc camera  with a Reset Button

 1. Check Camera Status: In the IPC channel configuration, identify cameras with IP addresses not in the 138 segment (e.g., 192.168.4.101) that show as "Unconnected." And please  turn off the "auto add"button.

2. Remove the network cord from the poe nvr.
   
3. Long-press the reset button on the camera to factory settings.

     4 --Reset the camera and wait for the sound "cable connection success."

5 --Search it in the IPC channel configuration.

6 --If a new IP address in the **138 network segment** is detected, add the camera.

7 --Once the camera is successfully added and displayed, reconnect the poe's network cable.

8 -Go to main menu > Set up > Network . Open the option to automatically obtain IP and click Apply.
