Our ZOSI DVRs/NVRs are installed with Seagate's internal surveillance hard drives, you can follow up the guide below to check the warranty of the hard drive.

Step 1: Remove the rear cover of the DVRs/NVRs

Step 2: Check the QR code and serial number of the hard drive.

QR code: Some of our drives have the QR code printed on the label (see example below). Each QR code is unique and is associated with that drive S/N. This code allows our customers to verify if the product is genuine, it provides the ability to check warranty or to get more information about the drive.

Step 3:  Please scan the QR code, or enter the number between the QR code and the text 'verify.seagate.com', as shown in the picture.

Step 4: Check Warranty

Enter your serial number (SN) below to check if your drive is still under warranty.
