Method 1：

Right-click the mouse>IPC Channel config>Turn off “Auto add” button>click “All delete”>search, after all cameras are discovered, if you want a specific camera to be assigned to Channel 1, you can add that camera first, then add the remaining cameras in your desired order. The cameras will be sorted according to the sequence in which they were added.

For example:

If you want the camera with IP address 192.168.138.101 to be on Channel 1, add it first.

If you want the camera with IP address 192.168.138.102 to be on Channel 2, add it second, and so on.

Method 2：

Delete all cameras from the NVR or POE and remove them from the NVR. Insert them back into the NVR one by one in the desired order.

1. Please choose the camera on all channels  (right click the mouse-IPC channel config-search), click "All delete" and delete all cameras first, refer to attached photo.

2.Please disconnect all POE cables from the NVR, then connect the cameras to the NVR ports one by one in the order of what you want. Then the cameras can be displayed in the required order.

Method 3:

What if there is a non-functional camera occupying that channel and we need to remove it? In this case, we want to move another camera to this channel.

Here I have a quick soluton：

1. Please choose the "unconnected" camera on Channel 3, click "delete". Please refer to attached photo.

2. Please choose the "Connected" camera on Channel 5, click "delete".

 Click "search", choose the camera, then click "add", then 4 cameras will show on channel 1,2,3,4.
