A. Two 18650 3.7V rechargeable batteries (please check whether the batteries can work.)

2. WI-FI Set Up
When adding the device, your mobile will search the device hotspots, please connect paired
WI-FI after completing the search.
3. Video Problem
Videos blurry (please check whether the lens is blurry, or the lens was out of focus.)
Images have stains (please check whether the filter wasn’t wiped out properly.)
4. Video Intercom problem
The device has no sound(please check whether you enabled the voice intercom of your mobile app.)
5. PIR Mobile Detection Pushing Problem
Button / PIR pushing (A. Please check whether you enabled the pushing function on your mobile
app setting. B. Please check whether the push messages are allowed on your mobile app.
C. Please check whether you enabled the PIR mobile detection on your mobile app.)
6. Recording problem
The TF card can’t support hot-plugging, please insert the TF card first and then power-on.
We suggest you use the original certified TF card that below 64GB.
