Applies to: All Zosi DVRs, NVRs and Cameras (exclude the cameras in DVR/NVR security kits).
If the motion detection sensor is always triggered too lately, the camera only records or sends notifications when the motion is already in the view or is about to go out of the view, please check the following causes and solutions:
Cause 1. Low Sensitivity and Inaccurate Motion Zone
Solution: Please set up the Sensitivity and Motion Area higher.
Cause 2. The object is too far from the camera
Solution: Please adjust the angle or change a proper position for the camera to test the target place. Please refer to the article about how motion detection works.
