Applies to: Zosi PoE NVRs.
If the Cameras stop working and the power LED is not on, you may follow the troubleshooting tips listed below to solve the problems.
Cause 1: The camera is improperly connected to the Poe NVR.
Solution: Check the indicator of the NVR. If the indicator light is off, plug the camera into another available port and try another available Ethernet cable.
Cause 2: The power supply is insufficient.
Solution: Ensure that the number of cameras added to the NVR does not exceed the specified number. Then unplug all other cameras and have one connected to the NVR for testing. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.
Cause 3: The POE module issues
Solution: use a 12V dc adapter to power the camera.
