Answer:
Dont be worry;
When adding a device, the erroe "403" indicates that the current account is not the primary user.
1 If you need to change your account to add a device, you can first log in to the originally account bound to the device, delete the device, and then add it.
2. If the original email cannot be logged in, please provide the order number and email account to our customer service for processing.
3. If you purchase second-hand equipment or it is a gift from someone else, please provide relevant proof to our customer service for handling.
