Question: What if I can't view my device on the Zosi Smart App and it shows offline?
Answer: We need to check the network status of the zosi system.
Step 1: Test the system network;
If "OK" is displayed, the local area network is connected successfully.

Step 2: The meassage will pop up "The time has been successfully sysnchronized", and it means your system is well connected to the home network.
A Right hit the mouse and go to the main menu;set up -basic - date and time-hit the "update now".
Then you will check the message poping up from the UPdate now.
If both of the 2 steps are okay ,then you can directly to live view your device on your phone via the wifi of 4g network .
