The following steps describe how to change the email address of your zosi device.

Step 1. Please go to my account.(If you need to change your account to add the same  device, you can first log in zosi account originally bound to the device, delete the device, and then add it.)

Step 2. Go to the setting,Click remove the device.

Step 3. If the original email address cannot be logged in, please provide the order number and email account to our customer service for processing.
