Question:
What if I can't get any videos showing on my monitor?What should i do?
Please note that we should know your details informations of your system:
Step 1: Provide these informations below;
A: NVR,POE version information;
You can check this link for your device's information.
https://supports.zositech.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027675972-Information-System
B IPC version information:
If you dont know how to find it ,you can check this link to have a check:
C Network information;
Please go to NVR's Main Menu >Setup > Network > Wireless Network;
Step 2: Double check
1 First, check whether the cables of the system are working.
Check whether the power connection between the camera and the NVR is correct,
and whether the night vision of the camera and the power indicator of the NVR are on normally.
2 Check whether the camera 's antenna is tightened.
How the antenna is placed;
And check the camera and NVR installation's environment.
Note: As mentioned above, please show us the pictures or videos for a look.
Step 3 For the video delay, off-line and no picture of the channel live view
Please confirm the distance between NVR and IPC cameras ;
whether there is partition wall:
way 1. If the distance between NVR and IPC cameras exceeds 30 meters and there is a wall between them, the following two methods can be adopted:
A: Consider if it can install the IPC closer to the NVR, as far as possible away from the partition wall.
B: The weak signal of the partition wall can be improved by using an antenna extension
way 2. If the NVR is very close to the IPC cameras, and only one camera signal is poor, check whether the antenna of the IPC is properly connected. The method is as follows:
A: Check whether the thread of the antenna interface is tightened.
The tightened state is that the white antenna and the gold screw are completely consistent without gaps, as shown in the figure:
B: Make sure that the antenna has been tightened, and put IPC about 10 to 20 cm away from NVR to see if you can get the picture showing on the monitor.
If NVR is very close to IPC and the signal of a camera is still poor, it is suggested that you need to change the antenna of the camera for a comparison test.
If the NVR is very close to the IPC, the signal of all cameras is poor, there may be signal interference, please go to check the network channel,(you can go to the main menu-setup-network--wireless network) changes the wifi channel, and the NVR mode of autonomous wireless suite is changed as follows:
1. If it is In EU mode, the channel can be selected only from 1 to 13;
2. If it is In FCC mode, only 1 to 11 channels are selected;
3. If it is In MKK mode, select channel 1 to 13 as other.
Note: The signals of channel 1, 6 and 11 are relatively strong. You can try to change it and compare which one is better.
You can check this link here and have a look:
Way 3 Try to hook up the system in the wired connection:
A. Make sure the camera and nvr are connected wirelessly;
B. The camera and the nvr are connected to the same switch with network cable, and the camera will be automatically switched to wired connection;
Note:
1. Whether it is wired or wireless connection, the display of the system is wireless connection status;
2. There are problems with wired connection of wireless NVR. Wired connection must be connected through wireless before it can be transferred to wired connection.These will be updated in the new version (1.64 version).
