Q: Why can’t I view playback footage and how to fix it?
Reconfigure Recording Mode & Restart
Reset your camera’s recording mode (e.g., motion detection, continuous recording) in Settings, then restart the device.
Format SD Card
If playback still fails, format the SD card via the camera/app. Wait 10 minutes after formatting.
Reinsert SD Card
If the device doesn’t detect the SD card, power off the camera, remove and reinsert the SD card, then power on.
Or test another SD card if it can work on this camera.
