Can I Delete Certain Video Footages That Stored in Micro SD Card and HDD via Zosi  Software?

Answer:

Right now we  only support formatting the Sd card (and clearing all previous recordings). 

Cant support the Hdd via the zosi smart app.

Log in your zosi app,choose the device, click on "Settings" in the upper right corner, click on the device, and then click on "SD Card Formatting".

If the problem persists after going through the steps above, you may contact the Zosi Support team. Submit a support request, providing all the details of the troubleshooting steps you've taken and the results (including the system information of the camera how to find the version of your system).
