Troubleshooting Guide on PTZ not Working
1. Inspect the installation environment.
Please make sure there are no obstacles around the camera.
2. Try to rotate the camera with hands.
If the manual rotate works, please continue with the following steps and see if they can help.
3. Verify power supply.
Ensure that the camera is receiving enough power. Ensure the camera is powering on.
- If you're using a power extension cord or a network cable longer than 100 meters, try removing the extension or testing with a shorter cable instead.
4 Check the camera itself.
- Reboot the camera. Sometimes, a simple power cycle (turning the camera off and on) can restore the PT functions.(if you reboot the camera,it will perform self-checks by rotating up ,down,left and right,if it cant it might be broken)
- Restore or reset the camera.
